Edie started off in business to business sales in the 1980’s in the communication industry.

In the 1990’s she was introduced to how negative emotional energies can affect success in all areas of life:  health, wealth, relationships and purpose. For some time she has hosted a Meetup Group in northern Colorado.  Edie’s passions are writing and speaking, and she authored a book entitled Divorce Vows – A New Approach. For some time she has also written a blog entitled “Inlightenup” that has now  been incorporated into Momentum Mentors. She is a workshop facilitator for “Emotional Weight Loss for Life,” and “What’s Stopping you?” Whatever she is involved with, her focus remains on promoting  emotional health and teaching others how to let go of limiting beliefs and negative emotions that hold them back and limit their lives.

How Momentum Mentors Came About

Our idea grew out of an unexpected but providential meeting that reconnected the two of us after a number of years of being out of touch. Synchronicity was alive and well that day and we began to discuss various ways we might work together. Both of us had been solo entrepreneurs for many years, and found that we shared not only the same tools and skills, but also had common goals and aspirations. We both had experienced getting all pumped up with excitement about a new idea or project, only to have our enthusiasm wane a few days later because there was nothing and no one to reinforce it or help keep us going.  We had both been through times when our businesses were not going as well as we wanted, but there was no one to bounce ideas off of or share their wisdom and advice with us. If we as solo entrepreneurs had commonly experienced such situations, others were likely to be facing them as well. We decided to do something about it, and the idea for Momentum Mentors blossomed.
